Skillstream has recently further enhanced its contingent workforce management solutions by creating its first native application for mobile devices: a Time & Attendance clock referred to as ssclock.
Skillstream is continuously enhancing its offering and accessibility to it's user base of over 80 clients, which in 2011 sees us invest in the increased availability/uptake of mobile devices like Tablets and SmartPhones with increasing screen size and their interaction options.

ssclock has been developed to provide an alternative means of entering Time & Attendance information into the Skillstream system, other than as previously via a 3rd party piece of hardware such as a turnstile, gate or traditional clocking machine (of which Skillstream currently interfaces with over 5 different providers). ssclock is a native application that runs on an Android tablet that can be sited at the traditional gate entrance, or additionally provides the benefit of being portable to operate at remote venue locations such as outdoor sporting events or festivals. ssclock is rolling out across one of our FMCG manufacturing clients providing them and their recruitment partner with the rich real time management information that Skillstream previously provided them across the non-manufacturing departments, running the original eRecruitment solution and electronic time sheeting.
The ssclock application further enhances Skillstream's ability to provide accuracy and cost control for a client's contingent workforce as well as enabling complete visibility of this vital sector of the workforce.
